Who are we and what do we do?
Simply put, we are experts in molecular diagnostics design, development, and supply.
We do have more than 15 years’ experience using PCR technology to develop communicable and non-communicable TEL™ products that are highly sensitive and specific.
Our experience also includes using isothermal amplification technology to develop infectious diseases assays amenable to resource constraint settings.
We specifically customise test kits based on requests, epidemiology, and feedback from our users. We do what other people/companies cannot do!

Passion
We started from a garage; out of sincere and deep sense to help research and postgraduate students get their research projects done without the high expense that comes with PCR assays in developing countries. This strong desire to help and love for research and development led to TEL™ products.
Empathy
How would you want to be treated if you were to be in the shoes of a sick patient that needs help? This is the question we ask at TELSA-Dx; we put ourselves in your shoes when we are producing our products. Obviously, a sick patient wants to have access to affordable and reliable diagnosis for quick treatment if the government is not paying for it. You can trust TEL™ products to solve your concern!
Honesty
This is now hard to find! This is not the case with us at TELSA-DX; we cherished and guide jealously the relationships we have built, and the emerging ones based on our transparency and openness in dealing with all our interested parties. We cannot tell you what we can’t do! We deliver on what we promised you and we won’t make promises if we have not done our research to deliver. Simply put, our YES is YES and NO is NO!
ISO Certifications
TEL™ products are manufactured in our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility at Ipswich, QLD, Australia. Valid until 09/07/2026.
We are currently working on ISO 13485:2016 certification.
